Detroit Rock City
Let's put it this way; Kiss didn't write the song "Detroit Rock City" because Detroit doesn't rock. However, you may not know why Detroit rocks so hard, or who rocked it the hardest, or the places that they rocked. Here is a definitive oral history of the hardest rocking city in the New World; all tales being told by those who lived it, such as Ted Nugent, Iggy Pop, and more recently, Jack White. And before you go writing emails to us about how NYC or LA rocks harder, let us refute your arguement by naming two songs; "New York, New York" by Sinatra and "I Love L.A." by Randy Newman. Take you medicine!
