A friend was very excited the other day to show us one of the most beautiful and interesting cookbooks she had seen in a long time. Immediately after opening this book, we had to agree with her. World famous chef Yotam Ottolenghi collaborates with his partner and friend Sami Tamimi on the cookbook 'Jerusalem' to include amazing recipes and incredibly beautiful photos and insights into life in Jerusalem.  "...Ottolenghi re-teams with his friend and co-owner of his restaurants, Sami Tamimi.
