A great addition to any film buff's library is Christopher Nolan's first effort at writing and directing a film, titled "Following." Back before his classics like Memento, Inception, and the recent Batman Trilogy, Mr. Nolan dabbled in film noir, and shot his subjects in 16mm black and white. It is about a novelist that trails people in the streets looking for a muse. However, after unwittingly following a ne'er-do-well, the protagonist is dragged into the criminal underworld.
