Bev Hisey Influenza Carpet

Inspiration is an odd and complicated thing luckily often resulting in greatness. This couldn't be more notable than with Toronto designer Bev Hisey and her "Dirty Dishes" carpet collection. With names like Cholera and Botulism, these round carpets depict the beauty that lies within the petri dish, even when that dish contains something very, very ugly. We've chosen Influenza because the colour combination appealed to us but we urge you to look though the entire collection and while you're at it, take a look at the rest of her designs which are all pretty inspirational themselves.
