Its always fascinating and insightful to see what people with money will spend their fortunes on. Alan Gibbs has spent the last 20 years commissioning one of the largest collections of abstract outdoor sculpture and artwork at his farm in New Zealand with noted artists such as Anish Kapoor and Neil Dawson's creations being the stand-outs. Our favourite is Dawson's Horizons which is a 45 foot tall pop-art napkin silhouetted against the sky. To tour the farm and the vast art all you have to do is call and make an appointment. Much better than buying Ferrari's and gold chains. Check out the whole collection here.
