A documentary the follows a small sushi restaurant in a Tokyo subway tunnel, the chef that is the proprietor, and the son that is to fill his father's impossibly large shoes. Why are the shoes so big you ask? Well, Jiro just happens to be the only sushi chef in the world to be awarded 3 Michelin Stars.
