Commando - The Autobiography of Johnny Ramone

The title really says it all...and if you are at all interested in reading this post, than you are also likely familiar with the Ramones and their exploits. What's more....you probably also noted that this is an autobiography, as opposed to simply a biography, meaning it all comes straight from the horses mouth. There was only one Ramones, never to be duplicated again, and the breadth of their influence in music, fashion and pop culture should never be underestimated. Very few bands can hold court the way they did, which is to say, that they did it distinctly their way. If you have a love of music at all, then this promises to be a great read. And remember...truth is always stranger than fiction.
