Trailer - On the Road

Doing a film adaptation of the classic book and required reading that is Jack Kerouac's "On the Road" can be best described as risky. Trying to convey in imagery something that was legendary for its prose, and was essentially the bible of beat poetry, is going to be no easy feat. However, after viewing the trailer, we have decided to save our scorn and disdain and wait until we see the final product, as there looks to be some promise...and this despite casting the lifeless Kristen Stewart. We are however, happy that they've cast Sam Riley, whose haunting portrayal of Joy Division's Ian Curtis in 2007's "Control" was nothing short brilliant.
