Lucky Peach Issue # 3
It's been four long months since we were last exposed to the food periodical genius that is Lucky Peach...and that seemingly protracted wait is about to come to an end...hopefully in like three or four more sleeps. We have been informed that the current issue of David Chang's effort to change the food magazine is printed and being shipped as we speak. In issue three, we can expect articles like "What does it mean to be a cook in today's age of celebrity chefdom?" "Where is cooking headed?" "How did the molten chocolate cake make its way from Michel Bras's restaurant in Laguiole, France to the Wal-Mart freezer case? and "What happens, exactly, when bartenders spank mint?"
