Leon "Trithon" Reyn TV
The above is what a $35000 television looks like...and to be honest, we're surprised with its steampunk qualities. Aside from being completely custom built to order by the ultra high end speaker company Leon, we can't really explain to you the reason that it costs so much. Perhaps it's because it stands 8 feet tall, or that the outer edge is wrapped in genuine python skin. We're told the that the TV take its design cues from several important product innovations of the last three centuries, from the Moisse Phantascope, to the 1959 Philco Barber Pole Predicta. Whatever inspired it...it looks like a prop from an Indiana Jones film set, and we love it. Another pic after the jump.
