The Science of the Traffic Jam
You ask anyone about pet peeves, and inevitably you'll eventually arrive at the topic of traffic. Nothing can enrage a large number of people simultaneously better than driving at a crawl, especially when there is no clear explanation for the jam (the Port Mann bridge comes to mind). The next time you are in a jam and are ready to strangle the person in front of you, at least you can take solace in the fact that some egg heads at the Car Insurance Guide have figured out why this happens and who is to blame.
